Dragon Ball Z protagonist, Son Gokou. One of the first MG Figurerise characters made by Bandai, owing most likely to the world wide popularity of the Dragon Ball Z Franchise. I got to watch the first few episodes of DragonBall Z. Sadly I don't remember which episode it was because from what my friend told me there were a lot of series' made by the franchise.
Dragon Ball Z was already a few years old when I watched some of the episodes but owing to my college course being hectic I begged off from my friend to watch the episodes. Instead I asked him to just relate to me the story *snicker* I think we lost about 2 hours of our lives as he explained to me the details of the Dragon Ball Z saga.
Aside from the story, what made Dragon Ball Z great for me were the fight scenes. Boom!, power to destroy a planet at your finger tips. Fueled by all that pent up rage that went uncounseled, hehehe....Kinda cool watching those action scenes animated for you.
In case anybody is interested, there also was a Super Saiyan Son Gokou made into a MG Figurerise kit by Bandai.
The 1/8 MG Figurerise Son Gokou from Bandai is selling for 2560 yen at Amiami, 2800 yen at HobbyLink Japan
