Usually used as a final top coat to give a gloss finish. When mixed w/ a tiny drop of paint it can give a semi transparent like colored tint in the shade of the dropped paint.

This paint can be diluted w/ the recommended thinner or w/ tap water, however since tap water components might vary from country to country, we recommend distilled water instead to make sure it is free from possible chemicals that could affect the paint.

When hand brushing a scale model, Mr Hobby says that there is no need to dilute the paint unless there is difficulty in application. For airbrushing Mr. Hobby recommends a paint to thinner ratio of (1:1~1.5) or 1 part paint to 1~1.5 parts thinner. The recommended thinner cannot be used to undry dried up paint in a bottle. Mr. PAINT REMOVER T119 can be used to safely strip off paint from a completed model.

Always close the paint lid tightly after use and minimize the time the open bottle is left out in the open air to prevent the paint from drying out.

Store the paints away from direct sunlight and store in a cool dry place.

Always paint in a well ventilated area, do not inhale the fumes or allow others around you to do so. It is highly recommended to wear a respirator mask to prevent inhaling the paint fumes and use a painting booth that will expel the paint fumes safely.
