It's finally here! The MSN-04 II Nightingale of Char Aznable from one of the Char's Counterattack variant storylines. It was the first kit released by Bandai in their new RE/100 line of model kits. Was giddy when I heard of the news because the price point, for its size, is considered moderately acceptable.
Upon opening up the manual I noticed that it lacked the inner frame that is common to and the staple of the Master Grade line, yet what it had was a semi-complete innerframe. It also had the intricate hand systems of the Master Grade line and a slot for a Gundam LED light.
All in all its just the perfect canvass for scale model enthusiasts out there to show their talent by making an artistic masterpiece out of it. Like bore some holes, slice some plastic, etch some panel lines, sprinkle some Kotobukiya MSG's, add some styrene, get creative with your airbrush, do some panel lines, then top it off with some flat coat and you're good to go.
