Once again I'm in my third most favorite step of the model build process. Selecting which model kit to build next. Just yesterday I finished building the 1/60 GN-001 Gundam Exia of Setsuna F. Seie. Currently I have three kits in my inventory of unbuilt kits; the 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame, the 1/100 Over Flag and the 1/100 Gundam Arios.
The Gundam Arios was definitely off the list as I still have to buy a can of paint for the main orange color as I do not have one that I like in my inventory. I used Pylox Caterpillar Yellow on the 1/100 Gundam Kyrios so I don't think I have enough left behind for the Gundam Arios as I've also been using the Caterpillar Yellow to color up the yellow parts of the 1/100 Gundam Cherudim, 1/60 Gundam Exia and the 1/100 Gundam Dynames. Also, as of this moment, I'm thinking that I wouldn't want the Gundam Kyrios to have the same color as the Gundam Arios. So that leaves the 1/100 Over Flag and the 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame to choose from.
But since I just finished retouching the 1/100 Gundam Astray Blue Frame, I just don't feel like working on a similar model kit, which is the Gundam Astray Red Frame. 1/100 Over Flag it is then!
Oh, And my top 2 favorite modelling steps are: No.2, Buying Model kits and related stuff... and No. 1, Completing a model kit.
