Finally finished building the 1/60 GN-001 Gundam Exia of Setsuna F. Seie from the Season 1 of Gundam 00. Right now I'm basking in the afterglow of a completed kit and I have to say that it really does feel nice just sitting back and watching this finished kit after all the hard work put into it.
Paints used for this build were Bosny Blue, Pylox Fire Red, Pylox Pure White Flat, Bosny Dull Lacquer, Pylox Misty Grey, Pylox Metallic Graphite, Pylox Caterpillar Yellow. For panel lining I used a 0.5 mm mechanical pencil. Oh and I used TOA Chrome for the GN sword, which was bright and sparkly before I blasted it Bosny Dull Lacquer that then made it look like ordinary grey... so that's what happens when you do that *snicker*
Building a 1/60 scale model kit is really a thrilling experience that gives maximum satisfaction upon completion of the behemoth. Following that train of thought I'd really want to try and build a Perfect Grade kit. But that will probably be far off as I can't justify the cost of the kit *snicker*... then again, I did buy a 1/60 VF-1S Valkyrie from Yamato, which is almost the same price as a Perfect Grade kit... hehehe
