Continued working on the Revell 1/48 Mi-24 Hind D. As of now everything is masked up and ready for painting. Also took time to putty up the seam lines. Painting however was not something I could do today as the weather wasn't conducive for painting. For masking I used Tamiya Masking Tape, some sticky tack as well as some tissue paper for the area near the rotor shaft.
With the 1/48 scale Hind D of Revell, there is an option to build it with the canopies open. There are two detached clear parts that serve as the entry doors for the pilot and gunner. In my case however I always preferred to build my aircraft model kits with their canopies closed.
Hopefully if the weather clears tomorrow I'll be able to put in some time for painting this beautiful kit.
