StarWars: The Clone Wars Season 4 Episode 1 & 2

StarWars: The Clone Wars Season 4 Episode 1 & 2

StarWars: The Clone Wars Season 4 CGI animated series started yesterday with a double episode showing of Episode 1 & 2 and I have to say that it did not disappoint.

Once again I tip my hat off to the production team of StarWars: The Clone Wars because of the attention to detail that they put in every episode they make. This particular episode was set in a water environment and I can't but help give praise to attention to detail given to the murkiness of the water that makes it so realistic.

Clone Wars is a booked for regular viewing for me already because of the quality of animation and storyline that goes into the production and I haven't missed an episode every since I picked it up again last year.

George Lucas's boys have struck the perfect balance with the Clone Wars that attracts both young and older fans alike. The story is depicted as realistically as possible, death of characters, though not gory, are not tiptoed around. So if your child is still of a sensitive age, I'd recommend not letting them watch this.

As advertised, a young Admiral Ackbar makes an appearance in this episode as a captain in the Mon Cala. The story of Episode 1 & 2 revolves around the resulting events after the assassination of the King at Mon Cala. Civil War is threatened as some sectors do not approve of the young prince taking over the King's leadership role because of his inexperience. The separatists forces feed this revolt by helping those who want to takeover Mon Cala. The Republic of course aims to stop this move that could lead to another planet joining the cause of the Separatists.
