This build is coming along nicely. Early in the morning I was able to get some painting done for the main parts then I left them to dry and in the evening got to working to putting together the stuff I had painted. Part IV of this build can be found here.
At this stage of the build I was working on assembling the head parts, the gun and the hands. Below is the clear orange face plate of the Over Flag.
Foil stickers give detail to the silver parts and the red dot that will be covered up by the clear face.

Here's work being done on the Rifle of the Over Flag. For the inner barrel portion some TOA Chrome spray was used.
Paints used in this stage of the build were Bosny Plastic Primer, Bosny Flat Black and TOA Chrome.
Although the rifle looks completed already on this build, it still isn’t. There’s a top cover part that I haven’t attached yet because instead of the white foil stickers I’m planning to paint the intended white parts with paint. This will be an opportunity also for me to try out the Stanley Professional masking tape that I bought.
Aside from the painting of the rifle, some parts of the shield also has to be painted white.
