Can't get enough of this base, its finally growing on me *snicker*. This time I used Revoltech's Getter 1 from Change! Getter Robo OVA as model for the photo shoot.
The Getter 1 is a beautifully detailed toy, if I had the moolah I'd probably collect the specific toys in Kaiyodo's Revoltech line that I like.
Definitely well worth the money your plunking in it because of the quality. Plastic is thick and definitely not cheap. Painting is good too. The paint didn't look like the person in the assembly line only had a few seconds to splash it on.
Its starting to sound cliche already but the articulation of the revoltech line is definitely astounding.
When comparing the 3 Revoltech figures that I have, Getter 1 seems to have the most option parts. With the spare hands, 2 hatchets, 2 machine guns and base.
And of course, the beautifully detailed and colored lines of the Getter 1 figure focus away the viewer from the ugliness of my first crafted base *snicker*
