I wonder if this is any good? Scheduled for release next year (2011), Real Steel starring Hugh Jackman. Yep, that Hugh Jackman of X-Man/Wolverine *Snikkt* *Snikkt*

Based from the trailer above, it looks like the movie will be about Remote Controlled Robot Fighting. Speaking of RC Robots, there used to be some shows which had robots fighting against each other. Specifically Battlebots and Robot Wars. I think you can still catch a glimpse of those shows at Youtube.

And another piece of trivia, Grant Imahara from the MythBusters competed in those types of competitions with his self made DeadBlow Robot.
