Its almost finished with the torso mostly done. Working on the shield parts right now. I'm currently trying to look for a new painting area for this hobby of mine. Problem with the old painting area was that it was in our laundry area. I never realized that the fumes of the paint were sticking to our clothes. I tried painting outside but the wind in my area is just too strong that even if painted within the defilade of a painting booth the spray just goes all over the place resulting in wastage of the paint.
Been detailing the internal parts of the shield using some plastic sealing tape and a Gundam Marker. Below is the picture of the sealing tape removed already. To ensure that there are no gaps that paint can seep in I use a toothpick to run across the edges of the sealing tape to guarantee a good fit.
Same method was done during the detailing of the pelvic armor of the Gundam Dynames.
