Fyana of Armored Trooper Votoms personal battle suit, the Brutishdog. It sports a unique red color scheme against the drab green of the usual Votoms Scopedog from the anime series. Aside from that it also has a gatling gun and a claw in place of a right hand. This is actually an old kit already, having been released by Bandai in 2007.

Gilgamesh Confedaration’s ATM-09-ST Scopedog from the Armored Trooper Votoms anime franchise. So now I admit that I am a fan of the franchise after watching a few episodes of Pailsen Files. Haven’t finished it yet though but I’m already sold with the exploits of Chirico Cuvie.

Took time off to watch Armored Trooper Votoms: Pailsen Files and I have to say that I was blown away with the maturity of this anime. According to the link above this is a prequel to the original anime series that came out in the 80’s. What better place to start then?

B-ATM-03 Fatty Ground Custom from Armored Trooper Votoms made into a 1/20 model kit by Bandai. In the series the Fatty Ground Custom belonged to the Balarant Union. Although this mobile suit belonged to the other side, to me this is one cool looking mobile suit. I think it has to be because of the bulky frame and sandy color scheme which helps add to the realism of the mecha.
