I find myself still in the “Gundam UC zone” as I feel compelled to read the manual of the Gundam Unicorn. And of course I couldn’t resist not translating it to English *snicker* I mentioned before that I’m not really fond of the design of the Gundam Unicorn and find myself more impressed with the design of the antagonists mobile suits (Kshatriya, Sinanju etc)
Yep, still in the Gundam UC episode 1 high that left me with enough energy to translate the MSN-06S Sinanju Ver Ka Titanium Finish’s manual to English… hehehe. The Sinanju was the main ride of the antagonist at Gundam Unicorn. Flown by Full Frontal, who heads the Neo Zeon organization known as the Sleeves. The Sinanju hasn’t made its appearance yet in episode 1 of Gundam Unicorn, but boy am I looking forward to finally seeing it in action
The Master Grade MSM-07S Z’Gok Char Aznable from Mobile Suit Gundam. Suddenly took an interest to the Z’gok after watching an episode in MS IGLOO which featured the said mobile suit. Of course this one belongs to the legendary Char Aznable. The Z’gok is an aquatic mobile suit which specializes in underwater operations. This thing lacks any rifle and bazooka like weapons but makes up for it by having missiles, beam weapons and melee weapons (the claws)
Didn’t really like the design of the RX-75 Gun Tank in the original Mobile Suit Gundam till I saw the MS08th Team and the MS IGLOO 2 The Gravity Front anime series. I guess its really right what they say that if you have no history with an item/person they don’t really mean anything to you. After watching both animes and seeing the significant and heroic parts they played in the Mobile Suit Gundam shows I understand now why it endeared itself to the fans and made itself worthy enough for Bandai to make it into a Master Grade kit. The kit was released last September 2009.
Couldn’t get the Kshatriya out of my mind after watching Episode 1 of the Gundam UC Ova. That first scene where the Kshatriya was seen fighting with some mobile suits was Epic in my book.
The AMX-004-3 Qubeley Mk II Ple Two is the last of the Qubeley Color guides to be translated in this site. The first being the Qubeley Mk II of Elpeo Puru, then just this day the original Qubeley of Haman Karn. This Qubeley Mk II made its appearance in ZZ Gundam being flown by Ple Two for the Neo Zeon movement being led by Haman Karn.
The 1/72 Buster Tortoise from Kotobukiya. Not really fond of this design because these types of zoids are not really frontline-edge-of-the-sword type of mechas. These are mostly back-end-in-the-rear-with-the-gear types. But they do pack a wallop with the weaponry they carry. More like mobile artillery pieces in the sphere of mech warfare which provide blanket support during an offensive maneuver.
Decided on continuing the Gundam Dynames build over the others. I guess I’m such a sucker for continuity *snicker*
