Been a day late posting about this, but yesterday marked the start of HobbyLink Japan’s Sci-Fi Modelling 2012 competition that they announced in the previous episode of HobbyLink TV. This time its not limited to Gundam model kits, but this time you can enter any sci-fi model kit into the contest

Got it by email blast that there will be a Black Friday Sale on Japanese Toys, Collectibles, Model Kits and Figures with discounted shipping at HobbyLink Japan starting 2 PM October 25 till October 26 2PM Japan Standard Time. The difference between this and last year’s Black Friday Sale is that HobbyLink Japan threw in super cheap, flat rate shipping of only 980 yen (approx. US$12.50) for SAL, and 1980 yen (approx. US$25) for EMS for each order regardless of size.

Announced recently at Japanese Online Hobby retailer, HobbyLink Japan, was the sale on Hobby Tools, Airbrushes and other consumables and parts. The sale won’t last for much long though as it is scheduled to end on November 12, 2011 at 6PM Japan Standard Time.

Announced today at HobbyLink Japan was a sale on Macross Toys, Figures and Model kits. Macross Products from such companies as Bandai, Banpresto, Cospa, Doyusha, Gourmandise, Hasegawa, JVC Entertainment, Kaiyodo, Wave, and Yamato are included in the sale. Sale will last till 6PM of November 17, 2011 JST.
