Did a review yesterday of the Getter Dragon by Revoltech. Was too tired today to do anything else after I spent time doing work on my Dad’s car (basically cutting, drilling etc in order to add a new engine fan.) I just spent my down time afterwards to take pictures again of Getter Dragon in order to experiment on some camera settings.

Got this from HobbyLink Japan, the 125mm tall Revoltech Getter Dragon by Kaiyodo that was released in September of 2009. Getter Dragon holds a very special place in my heart because I grew up watching the Jim Terry produced Force Five. This particular toy was modeled after the Getter Dragon in Change! Getter Dragon. It lacks the yellow and light blue colors that denote the Getter Liger and Getter Poseidon crafts that helped merge to form Getter Dragon.

HobbyLink Japan announced a sale today on giant mecha toys. Looking at the stuff included in the sale its a real find if you are into Getter, Mospeada and the giant robot series of the 70’s. Sale will last till the end of August only, so you have about two weeks only left to purchase from this sale.
