The High Grade GNZ-003 Gadessa from the Gundam 00 Season 2 anime series. These line of mobile suits were piloted by the Innovators and it first appeared under the control of Revive Revival. Yeah, they have weird names these Innovators *snicker*
The most notable weapon of the Gadessa is the GN Mega Launcher that is similar to the one used by Celestial Being’s Seravee Gundam and Virtue Gundam. Based from this, the Gadessa was depicted in the series to act as a long range threat and not really one to fly out into the battle to do one-on-one combat with the enemy.
The HG GNZ-003 Gadessa is selling for 1100 yen at Amiami, 1500 yen at Hobby Search, 1050 yen at HWJapan, 1500 yen at Hobby Link Japan.
