2009	Gundam Astray Blue Frame Color Guide Categories : Model Kit, Bandai Toys, Gundam, How to, Master Grade, Translation, Color Guide

While waiting for my order to arrive from Hobby World Japan that includes a 1/100 Gundam Astray Red Frame and a 1/100 Gundam Astray Blue Frame, I decided to prepare by translating the color guide of the Gundam Astray Red Frame into English from Japanese.

I guess it would only be logical to go the Full Monty by translating also the color guide of the Gundam Astray Blue Frame into English. So I went on over to Hobby Search again and downloaded the color guides from the product pages of the 1/100 Gundam Astray Blue Frame and the Master Grade Gundam Astray Blue Frame.

I wonder what the inspiration for the Gundam Astray’s were?, because they remind me so much of those rugged outdoor rubber shoes being made right now with the off road truck like threads.

The Master Grade Gundam Astray Blue Frame costs 4800 yen at Hobby Link Japan, 3360 yen at HWJapan, 4800 yen at Hobby Search, 3520 yen at Amiami and $61.93 over at Amazon by some 3rd party sellers.

The 1/100 non grade Gundam Astray Blue Frame second L costs 2500 yen at Hobby Link Japan, 1750 yen at HWJapan, 2500 yen at Hobby Search and $25.79 over at Amazon 3rd party seller.

  Hi Shawn, you can check out the manual of this at Dalong’s Review site.

  I didn’t translate it anymore because there really isn’t much Japanese found in the manual. You can try reading this post on the meaning of the symbols found in the manual to help you during your build

  Depends on you really if you want to paint the kit, but the kit can stand alone unpainted.
