At that time I didn't know what Godmars was, it was only recently I found out what this toy was all about.

Bandai HG 1/144 Anksha English Color Guide & Manual

In the last Gundam Unicorn episode fans got to see the Anksha in action. This month Bandai released a 1/144 High Grade kit of the Anksha. The Anksha is a mobile suit that can transform into a mobile armor. The Anksha is based off the Asshimar that was seen in the Zeta Gundam anime but this time using a Jegan as a frame. You can notice the difference as the Anksha has the face structure of the Jegan while the Asshimar has the Dom's face structure.

Bandai MG 1/100 Marasai English Manual & Color Guide

Released this month by Bandai is the 1/100 Master Grade Marasai from the Zeta Gundam Anime series. This particular mobile suit belonged to the antagonist Titans. I have to confess that I don't remember seeing this mobile suit in the anime. I have a feeling it was because I was too busy fawning over the design of the Rick Dias to notice it *snicker*

Kotobukiya 1/72 HMM RZ-041 Liger Zero Jager English Manual & Color Guide

From Zoids New Century Zero is the Liger Zero Jager of Bit Cloud that was made into a 1/72 HMM kit by Kotobukiya. The Liger Zero Jager is basically the Liger Zero with the Jager armor system attached to it. This particular model kit has the Liger Zero bundled already with the Jager armor system, Kotobukiya however sold a stand alone Jager model kit that you can use to outfit your existing HMM Liger Zero model kit.

The 1/100 Infinite Justice Gundam of Athrun Zala from the Gundam Seed Destiny anime that was released in 2006. Not to be confused with the Master Grade Infinite Justice Gundam that was released by Bandai.

Just testing some camera settings again and this time I used the 1/60 GN-001 Gundam Exia I built a while back. I hold this kit with the highest regards. Chiefly because its BIG! Second, its a great model kit for its price point, which is just around the price of a Master Grade kit.

Kotobukiya 1/72 GAN01 Sunshine L English Manual & Color Guide

As part of their Armored Core Next lineup, Kotobukiya released in October of 2010 the 1/72 GAN01 Sunshine-L model kit. Armored Core is the very popular console based mecha fighting game from which this mecha came from. This particular model kit stands about 18cm tall when assembled. Another variant of this is the 1/72 Sunshine-E which was released by Kotobukiya in 2011.

Kotobukiya 1/72 HMM DPZ-10 Dark Horn Harry Special English Manual & Color Guide

From Zoids New Century Zero, the eternally infatuated Harry Champ's custom Dark Horn that was released last month by Kotobukiya as a 1/72 scale HMM Model Kit. Despite professing eternal affection to Leena Toros of the Blitz team, this does not stop him from going up against them in his Dark Horn. Harry Champ is one part of the comedic aspect of the New Century Anime that makes it a fun and light-hearted series to watch.

Yamato 1/60 VF-22S Sturmvogel II Max ver Transformation English Manual

Released in 2009 by Yamato Toys is the 1/60 Perfect Transformation VF-22S Sturmvogel II of Maximilian Jenius from the Macross 7 anime series that came out in the 90's. The VF-22S Sturmvogel II is based off the YF-21 of Guld Goa Bowman from the Macross Plus OVA.

Bandai RG 1/144 Gundam Mk-II AEUG English Manual & Color Guide

Together with the 1/144 Real Grade Gundam Mk-II Titans, Bandai released this, the AEUG version. It differs with the white color scheme. The Gundam Mk-II was piloted by Kamile Bidan for the AEUG in the Zeta Gundam Anime series.

Bandai HG 1/144 Danazine English Manual & Color Guide

Released in May of this year by Bandai was the 1/144 High Grade Danazine from the Gundam AGE anime series. The Danazine is a Vagan mobile suit in the form of a Dragon. According to the manual, the Danazine can transform to a flying mode. The Gundam universe is not adverse to patterning the mecha in their stable to non-human forms. Because of which we get such quirky mecha like the Juaggu *snicker*

Bandai HG 1/144 Gundam AGE-3 Normal English Manual & Color Guide

Gundam AGE-3 Normal from the Gundam AGE anime series was released this month by Bandai as a 1/144 High Grade model kit. Was surprised to see that this Gundam variant incorporated a Core Fighter in its design as well as a G Cepter configuration. Now that's something that you rarely see anymore. Not that I miss it as I prefer my Gundams to not have any Core Fighter in it.

Kotobukiya 1/72 GAN01 Sunshine-E Feedback English Manual & Color Guide

The 1/72 GAN01 Sunshine-E Feedback from the Armored Core series line of Kotobukiya was first released in March of 2011 and is scheduled for release again in July of this year. Armored Core is a popular video game series from the PlayStation console of Sony where the player operates combat mecha.

1/60 Perfect Transformation VF-22S Sturmvogel II Max version by Yamato Toys

Transformation Manual of the 1/60 VF-22S Sturmvogel II Max ver was translated to English and can be found here.

This arrived a couple of weeks ago from HobbyLink Japan, the 1/60 Perfect Transformation VF-22S Sturmvogel II Max by Yamato Toys. Originally released in 2009, this mecha was from the Macross 7 anime series that came out in the 90's and was piloted by Adm. Maximilian Jenius. There is also a red version that was released by Yamato Toys. Thats the one that was piloted by his wife, Milia Jenius.

1/48 Revell Bell UH-1 "Huey Hog"

Got this from HobbyLink Japan, a 1/48 Revell Bell UH-1 "Huey Hog". The UH-1 Huey Hog is the gunship version of the venerable Bell UH-1 Iroquois that became an icon of the Vietnam War. As a gunship it comes equipped with side mounted tube missiles, machine guns and a nose mounted grenade launcher. If I remember correctly, 1986 was probably the last time I built a 1/48 military aircraft kit that needs glue to put it together.

Bandai HG 1/144 Farsia English Manual & Color Guide

From the Gundam AGE anime series comes another 1/144 High Grade model kit release by Bandai, the Farsia. The Farsia is piloted by Yurin and comes equipped with Beam Vulcans in its hands and petal like funnels. The kit also comes with a cute looking base to hold the Farsia on.

Bandai MG 1/100 ACGuy English Manual & Color Guide

The very cute and lovable MSM-04 ACGuy from the original Mobile Suit Gundam anime was released in 2005 as a 1/100 Master Grade model kit by Bandai. Definitely one of the most unique mecha designs ever used by the Principality of Zeon. In the anime, the ACGuy is an Amphibious assault mobile suit and comes equipped with claws and missiles sheathed within its arms. The Gunpla Builders anime series gave a very unique variant of the ACGuy in the form of Beargguy.

Bandai RG 1/144 Gundam Mk-II Titans English Manual & Color Guide

Zeta Gundam fans rejoice!, what with the release of the Gundam Mk-II in Titans color for the 1/144 scale Real Grade line of Bandai. During its launch a couple years back, the Real Grade series of Bandai was being touted as an inbetween model kit line with the Master Grade line on one side and the High Grade line at the other. It has the complexity of detail of a Master Grade line without costing so much. Other great benefits of the Real Grade line over the High Grade line is the inclusion of Realistic Decals and the amazing amount of articulation that the toy can do.

Bandai MG 1/100 Gundam AGE-1 Spallow English Manual & Color Guide

Released last month by Bandai was the 1/100 Master Grade variant of the Gundam AGE-1 Spallow from the Gundam AGE anime series. I just realized that after a year of looking at the other release variant of this mecha (HG and AG), that this thing was designed to look like a ninja. Boy am I dense *snicker* Aside from the Gundam AGE-1 Spallow, Bandai previously released this year the Master Grade Gundam AGE-1 Normal and the Master Grade Gundam AGE-1 Titus.

There's a whole lot of reviews out there with regards to how great the Avengers movie was. So as one who sings the same tune as them, all I want to say now is Thank You.

With the announcement of the release of a 1/60 VF-1D No Paint Kit by Yamato toys, a twitter user asked them whether they were going to release a 1/60 VT-1 Ostrich no paint kit. They answered that if there is a demand for it, they will release it.

Just saw this today at Yamato Toys twitter page, an announcement for a 1/60 Perfect Transformation VF-1D No Paint kit with Optional Parts. Product page is already up at Yamato Toys web site. It will retail for about 7,140 yen and will be available by this month. The VF-1D is the iconic 2 seater Variable Fighter from the original SDF Macross anime that is celebrating its 30th year anniversary this year.

Released in May of 2011 by Kotobukiya was the 1/72 Aspina White Glint Armored Core Version 4 model kit. The Aspina White Glint comes from the very popular Armored Core video game series that's been going on for quite a while already *snicker*. One of the nice features of the Armored Core line is the capability of the mecha to interchange some parts and weapons. This particular model kit stands about 17cm tall and comes equipped with a rifle, a laser blade and a cannon.
