Mission Impossible 4 - Ghost Protocol

Looking forward to this in December, another installment of Tom Cruise in Mission Impossible 4 - Ghost Protocol. I've always loved the Mission Impossible remake that came out in the 80's and starred Peter Graves, who reprised his role from the original 1960's Mission Impossible.

What's interesting to note about this 4th installment is that Pixar's Brad Bird is directing this movie, very far from the animation genre that he is accustomed to. Speaking of Brad Bird, I wish they'd make a sequel already to the Incredibles. That was one Pixar movie that I would love that they make a sequel of. The next scheduled Pixar movie after Cars 2 is titled Brave.

Mission Impossible has changed a lot ever since it was made into a movie. They stuck to the formula of the series with the first movie, more on disguises and espionage tricks and not really high on guns. Then with the second movie onwards, series protagonist Ethan Hunt can be seen using a lot more of guns and explosives. Not that I'm complaining since I think it is more realistic that way and of course more pleasing to the senses.
